Location: Norwich. This role is travelling between our amazing properties five days a week. You will get to stay with us and really become part of the hotel teams. Milage is paid. Are you concerned about rising costs and uncertainty? Then join our team and we will take care of you! Staying in our hotels with food provided to reduce daily costs, as well as being a permanent member of the team! What will I be responsible for? Supporting in the preventative maintenance and methodical testing of rooms and equipment, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating and electrical work Assisting with all maintenance issues within our hotel, creaky floorboard, flickering lightbulb? You're up for the challenge! Conducting regular fire alarm tests Ensuring our hotel is both safe and functional for our guests, by conducting regular checks, contributing to ensuring each visitor has an outstanding experience.Is this role right for me? You'll already be an experienced Maintenance Assistant or an individual with a wealth of experience across electrics, plumbing, mechanical and health codes. Tiling and grouting skills would also be greatly beneficial.
